Shoppers Stop - fraud donewrong product delivered

I returned Adidas shoes worth *k as I didn't like the quality, however, they didn't refund my money for almost a year. Now they have sent back some other pathetic shoes saying I returned these other shoes and it didn't qualify quality check. What fraud are they doing. Can a pickup boy even pick some other shoes ? Shoppers Stop should check their internal processes before extorting hard earned money of customers.
