Two Products was ordered by me, one of which was returned and the status of other product never got updated, it was not even showing as confirmed, its been almost a month but shopper's stop has not provided a refund.
Raised the complaint through customer care and email but no proper response and resolution provided. Shopper's Stop is not providing the refund as per the policy
