PayTM - Unauthorized Paytm Transaction

Today on **-**-**** **:**, I received an SMS from paytm that my paytm wallet is deducted by Rs **** and the money is sent to a mobile number.
The transaction was an unauthorized transaction. I have never made this transaction.

Paytm illegally transferred my money to someone else. When I contacted Paytm support they say: "Paytm only provides a platform to execute such transfers and it is beyond our capability to roll back this transaction without receiver's consent. Thus, we request you to contact the receiver to get the amount reversed or you can also share with us the consent shared by receiver so that we can reverse the amount back to your Paytm account"

WOW, The receiver is obviously a fraud and the mobile phone is switched off. Paytm is doing nothing to help.
