MD SARFARAJ AHMED filed complaint against State Bank of India on Mar 17, 2020
On **.**.**** at **.**.** PM a fraudulent internet banking transaction of **** INR was happened. The matter was intimated to the concerned bank on the same day. On my request the bank has blocked my ATM Card and my Internet Banking Services was also deactivated. The bank has lodged a complaint regarding this and the complaint no is-********** dt-**.**.****. They said that the resolution time is ** days. Till no the complaint has not solved. I too lodged complaint with banking ombudsman but nothing happened.
