I have transferred **** rupees to load into my SBI Digital E Rupee Wallet and the amount got debited from my account but in digital E Rupee App by SBI it is showing Payment transaction failed and none of the money has been loaded to my digital e rupee wallet. Also the money got debitted from my account through UPI payment.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
