I had applied for conversion of my savings account ( interest rate *.*% PA) to Corporate salary account and opted for MOD ( who interest rate is *.*% PA) on **th Jan ****. Bank has converted my savings account corporate account but didn't start MOD.
Due to difference of *% in saving account and MOD , I had incurred loss of almost **,***.
I have raised several complaints in SBI portal and also mailed the bank branch to resolve the complain but no action taken.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
