State Bank Of India - Erroneously Amount credited to one of your bank accounts

This is B Bhavani who is working as a government teacher in the Telangana Government. I hold an account with SBI bank, Indiranagar Branch, Kamareddy and my account number is *********** .

I made a transaction of **,*** on **th April using Yono app with the transaction ID SBILT******************** to Mobile number **********. For the last ** years, he has been using the same mobile number. Unfortunately, the amount is credited into the wrong account and the mobile number and name of the beneficiary also match.

I can see a bug in Yono app i,e Instead of sending money to the UPI enabled number it is picking up the phone number for SBI database when we try to send the money song Yono APP option Send money to Mobile number and the same is informed to Bank Officials.

As this is a purely erroneously made transaction, I request you to kindly revert my amount.
