Whirlpool - washing machine problem

I had purchased a Whirlpool fully automatic washing machine In Aug ****. Since purchase of the washing machine, there have been continuous problem of imbalance wherein during the washing cycle, because of imbalance, the machine starts vibrating and maving around here and there if not stopped immediately. I have raised complaint numerous (more than **) times. The complaints are attended by their technician, but the problem still continues. On couple of occasions, various parts have been changed, the last being around *-* months back when almost all the internal parts (except outer body) were changed. However, there is still problem of imbalance.

I have escalated the issue on couple of occassions with Service Head, but no help. I am totally dissatisfied with the performance of the machine. I understand that imbalance is a very common issue with all Whirlpool washing machines.
