Whirlpool - Copper pipe of AC found to be damaged

On dated *th September ****, we found that the Whirlpool Convertible *-in- * Cooling **** Model *.* Ton * Star Split Inverter *th Sense Technology AC - White,
Warranty: * Year Warranty on Product and * Years Warranty on Compressor was not properly cooled. We logged a complaint to customer care with reference no DEL***********. The person came for servicing and checking the issue on dated *th September ****. During checking it is found that the cooling coil was damaged. When we see that coil, it is looks like cut intentionally with cutting instrument. Any damage to coil may not be possible without removing the insulation. It is also noted that the insulation is proper. Refer attached photo for detail.
