Dear Concerned,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my Whirlpool washing machine, for which I raised a service ticket six days ago.
Despite the passage of almost a week, I have not yet received any response or assistance regarding the issues I am facing with my appliance.This delay is causing significant inconvenience, as a malfunctioning washing machine is affecting my daily routine.
I understand that service requests can take time, but I believe waiting for * days without any communication or resolution is unacceptable. I purchased the Washing machine from Vasanth & Co hosur branch and their team was trying to connect with Whirlpool technicians but there was no response.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
