I was trying to order * T-Shirts on Myntra.com and the total amount of those products was ****/- and I created a Gift Card from Slice Pay for this amount (Slice Pay converted the ****/- Rs amount into EMI of * months @ ***/- Per Month). I added the Gift Card to Myntra and it was successful. But when I am trying to pay the payment fails as i am not getting an OTP to complete the payment, It says Failed to Send OTP to both mobile number and email id. I tried this from both mobile application and website but no luck. I even tried to change the number but no matter what it fails. I called the Myntra Support and they said that they need two days to investigate the issue as if this Gift Card option was added to their site yesterday. Now the prices of the items have increased and I have to pay more to buy them after **hrs, for which they said my gift card is wasted and that they cannot do anything. I either need those * products with that gift card amount or I need a full refund of the amount so that I can pay it to Slice Pay. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
