I live in Noida sector ** and from past ** days we are not able to use phone data or dongle operates internet services from morning ** am to evening * pm. I have made numerous complaints with their customer care and all I get is their standard reply that this will take time. Upon asking how much time they do not commit specifically neither do they inform the actual cause of this problem.
I hope it gets resolved here otherwise my last resort would be to approach TRAI
