- Unable to stop my EMI inspite of unsubscribing the plan Open

I had been asked to subscribe the app via providing an otp and pan card photo. I was eager at that time and i even asked that what if i want to close they told you can unsubscribe later. When i didn’t want to continue the ** months package and wanted to stop subscription they told me that we will stop your subscription but you need to talk to the bank people to stop the emi. Now the bank people raised the querry to stop ecs mandate but they are unable to do so as in has been converted to a loan and its not even on the name of healthifyme but in the name of some consumer durable goods. Already **** has been deducted after stoppage of the subscription and ***** amount is still pending. What a fraudulent attempt of locking your whole money. Please help me to stop the ecs money every month and save my rest money.
