I took transform lite plan from healthifme and after * months my DT was not available due to resigned. I selected another DT and book a call and she called me and said she can't continue with me then *rd DT was assigned and she called me and collect all details. Now I am trying to book a call with her she is not available and she said she is on leave for * days after * days again I try to book call and system again confirm that she is not available for * day. This is harassment. I raised concern for refund and they said refund not possible.
