Name of the Company - flipkart Product- Samsung Zflip* Order no - OD****************** Date of purchase- **/**/**** Amount paid – **,***/- Registered mobile no - ********** email id with Company - alokdas****@gmail.com Problem Status- The consumer had ordered the mobile from Flipkart. Defective product has been received by the consumer. Consumer had applied for replacement in Flipkart but even after replacement, consumer has received the same product. Without informing the consumer, the company has blocked his Flipkart account, due to which the consumer is not able to complain to the company. Consumer wants refund the amount.....
