I had booked an uber pool for myself on *th may **** at *:** pm at Rs ***. There was a co passenger whose drop was supposed to be before me. The driver couldnt manage the correct drop sequence and left me home first whereas ended my trip after dropping the co rider. This caused my trip being charged Rs *** instead of Rs ***. I remember my co rider telling the driver that he was following a wrong drop sequence but it was too late. In the receipt the drop location is incorrect but i remember entering correct location because the driver navigated to my home using uber gps without any further directions by me. I have faced similar issue even before but uber didnt bother to refund my money and closed the ticket. This time I want my money back. Its either a problem with their system that caused the confusion or the driver messed it. I have raised a ticket but they are not responding. Could you please help me sort this.
