- Uber ride Closed
This is Shreeniketh. Yesterday, I had taken a trip from Malleswaram to Subedarpalya in Bangalore. While going from Subedarpalya to Malleswaram, I had to pay only RS. ** after undergoing a promotion of **% discount. But while going to Subedarpalya, I booked a ride and it said 'Thankyou for riding with us. The trip fare is RS. **.' and the cab didn't arrive at all. Then, I booked another cab and it was cancelled and it automatically booked another one. After completion of the ride, I was charged RS. ** where the rate was expected to be RS. ** after the promotion. The promotion didn't work and the driver was not responding properly. I had complained about this trip in the app for * times and I didn't receive a reply till now.The trip fare shows Rs. **, while I paid RS. **. I didn't expect this from Uber and if this repeats, I would never book a ride from Uber. I hope I get a reply and the remaining balance amount soon.
