In Delhi, we booked an Uber cab rental for * hours.

Driver Name: Mahinder
Our first stop was at Turtle Cafe, we stopped there for **mins to read a book and have coffee.
When we were back, the driver claimed that the car is not starting and has to cancel the booking.
We had to get down with our luggage and book another cab, while we were waiting for another cab to arrive the above vehicle started and left us.
The driver had faked that the car was not working and with the help of Uber staff ensured that we are charged for the whole trip.
We got charged for the entire *hours for Rs. ***.
Multiple follow-ups with Uber have lead to no progress apart from an automated response.
