- Uber Driver Took Extra Money And Uber Team Not Helping Open
I had taken a ride from Mumbai to Pune (India) which had * stops. My fare estimate was around **** Rs or something. While riding when we reached the first stop say stop A the trip got ended automatically. On insisting the driver dropped me and said the Bill was **** rs.
After complaining, your team contacted the driver to which he agreed of taking **** Rs but my app gave me a receipt of Rs ****. Even after a lot of load and follow-ups I am still not refunded nor am I getting an actual receipt. The Uber team always shuts down the complaint which I have to reopen always.
Also, they do not provide any helpline for the riders to complaint.
