- UBER Driver Denied Multiple Destination Trip Open
On**/*/**** morning I booked a cab with multiple stops and as per uber rule it should wait for only * minutes.After reaching to *st stop when I asked my cab driver to wait for *-* minutes,the driver replied that u have to get down and book a cab and he denied that uber does not have any such service.So the driver does not know about the application usage properly or he is not willing to go.I raised a complaint in uber but uber did not bother to reply even for last *-** hrs.After lot of followups uber called and told that they could not do much regarding this.Because of this whole issue I wasted my valuable time running behind multiple cabs and paid more compared to the actual cost.If uber can't take the responsibility of a complete trip then they should stop their service.I am really disappointed for such behaviour from uber service and want a full refund from uber due to my waste of time and harassment.
