I booked a Cab on **/*/** with Uber from Sarat Bose road kolkata. The Uber driver started the trip without my pickup and make a bill of ***. When I complained against them they assured money refund but for that moment they deducted Rs.*** from my Prepaid Card ending ****. But after sometime they are showing that refund is already been initiated to my account and card ending ****. And suddenly the billing card number got changed to **** certainly. I haven't received any refund neither in **** nor ****. And simple question to Uber when I make the payment from my **** card why they will refund my money to ****. Uber guys closing all my threads says refund is given at **** which is a false statement. All the attached documents are been shared with you.
