I have scheduled a ride on */*/**** at *.** am and the price was shown as Rs ***-***. At the time booking, they said there will be surge and price updated is Rs ***-***.
The attached screenshot is the booking screen at the time of the cab assignment after the price surge. But after completing the ride they charged me Rs *** with no option to complaint about the hefty price in their app.
