Satish Arji filed complaint against Uber Cabs on May 27, 2020
I am having a very bad experience with Uber.
On Feb **th **** I booked a uber auto for my Father in Law, the auto driver did not come to my place and just started the trip from the place where his auto was and did not pick my calls i did more than ** calls to him.
Later I reached Uber support and they said nothing to worry and after some time Uber Auto driver ended the trip and I was shown a charge to pay ***.**.
I again reached Uber support and also sent email they said not to worry as it is cash trip nothing needs to be paid.
They asked me to book a new trip which I did but I was not allowed to book the trip till I pay ***.**.
I paid it and booked another cab for my father in law.
I am reaching support since then and they said they will look into it and becuase of lock down later no one responded.
And now after lock down when I am raising the issue agian they say as it is passed ** days they cannot do any thing.
This is no my fault I have all the proofs of emails on this issue where uber support said tjhey will call me before the lockdown day and no one reached me.
I am feeling cheated by UBER. Please take strict action and refund the amount.
