- Uber Cab Driver refused to board me and forced me to cancel the trip Open

I have booked a uber pool cab from hafeezpet mmts railway station to Miyapur cross road on **th july **** , I booked at *nd platform outgate but the assigned driver asked me to come first platform out gate after nearly twelve minuted the driver came to pick me.Seeing My laguage (which is hand laguage less than * kg) he said that "as it uber pool my cab wont allow laguage on board" He said to upgrade to Uber Go so that he can continue.When I check the Uber go price the price variation is hardly ten rupees which is the tip I usually give to drivers after I reach my destination.Money Is not concern for me but the way he demeaned is concern for me.
I Asked the costumer care number of uber to confirm?
Driver said he is not aware! I was shocked. Should uber driver at least have information about costumer care number.
@Driver forced me cancel the ride!
I asked what can i do. He said cancel or upgrade as I am after a long journey and not having a time I cancelled. But I need clarification now why he asked me to cancel the the ride If there is an real mistake in me.He(Driver) can Choose to cancel why he forced me to cancel.
I traveled with same laguage from Banglore BMEL Layout to Yeshwanthpur Railway station through uber pool on previous day on my way to Railway station (You can check your records) the Banglore driver dint have any any concern why the Hyderabad driver with same laguage raised a concern and forced me to cancel the ride ?
For the past few month I am an regular user to uber but this kind of service disappointed me.
