Uber Bill for reimbursement Showing 157 instead of 1500 Open

I rode with Uber for my official visit to Banglore last week, 13th February, from Electronic city to KIAL, Bangalore. The trip fare was originally shown as Rs 1500/- at start of the trip, however this got updated to Rs 157/- by the time the trip ended. I paid the driver Rs 1500/- and requested for fare adjustment/correction via Uber app help option. After a few exchanges, the issue was acknowledged and a representative agreed to share the updated receipt with correct fare, however this request remains unheeded now. The last response I received was 7 days ago.
Resolution Demanded: An apology letter from company official, Get service/product replaced or fixed for free
