I am attaching the screenshots of the number of complaints reported but without any response. The ride showing on the photo was not even begun and when it was showing ended, the wait time for the ride had not even finished.
They don't even bother to respond. The driver did not arrive for the ride and I was auto-deducted with online payment. Totally unacceptable no-response.
