Pepperfry was the company from which I bought a wardrobe directly online and a study table with storage via Amazon. In the very first days, the wood started bloating and losing shape in places. Paint was peeling by itself. I contacted customercare repeatedly without getting any resolution throughout the entire one year warranty. Since fungus was also seen, they said warranty would not cover that. The initial deterioration was also attributed to "wear and tear". The latest issue is that of termite infestation which has been reported within the warranty period but I am not hopeful of their positive action. The local Pepperfry studio which assembled the furniture says there is no after sales service for online orders. I feel cheated as my job is transferable and I cannot move the units which, anyway, are defective. Please help.
