MD traders TV servicing
- TV Servicing company M s MD Traders not returned my LCD TV 32 samsung brand till date from 6 months Open
My TV details: **" LCD TV - Samsung brand - Smart TV (approx. * years old).
There was a technical issue in my TV, the issue was display becoming blank during watching TV and audio was continuing after ** to ** minutes display resumes.
I have raised complaint to samsung servicing center through toll free number (i got this number from online). They send the * service men on **.**.**, they checked and confirmed that actual problem can be confirmed at our servicing center we need to take this TV to our servicing center. They charged me Rs. *** for visit and they also confirmed that we will return your TV at your door steps after servicing without any extra charge. After * days I got a call from the service person they confirmed that display LED lights was failed need to replace those lights that costs around Rs. *****, I have replied them that no need to replace return my TV as it is.
I am following up him regularly he was saying some reasons and passing the time for * months till date he didn’t returned my TV. The following are the reasons he said to me one day he said that raining, one day he said that I went to Delhi after return ** days quarantine period after that I will return to you , after ** days I have contacted him he said that I am suffering from fever, one day I have fed-up with his reasons and told him that I will come to your office and collect my TV he said that TV is at my home I cannot give you at shop, one day I have ask him to tell me the location where can come and collect my TV he told me one location I have reached there in half an hour and I contacted him he replied that I am not in the city I went on some important work I cannot give you today. Like that he keep on saying some reasons and not returning my tv. Yesterday I have contacted him he keep on disconnecting my number and after * calls he has blacklisted my number. I have again called him from my friend number I will file compliant on consumer form he said that you can go ahead but he was not ready to return my tv.
I have only the proof was Service slip on that wrote that TV receipt and signed, “Bill on the name of MD traders”. On the receipt Toll free number mentioned “************” I have contacted this number too I was connecting same person I can able to recognize his voice but he was acting that we will talk to him like that he was Tim passing. I was attaching the service bill for proof. Company person contact No.: ********** same was printed on that service bill.
I have * years kid without TV managing her is very difficult so I have purchased new TV for Rs.*****/- this was waste of my money.
Due to this service servicing center I lost My TV worth approx. Rs. *****/- and purchased new TV worth Rs.*****/- and mental torture. I request you to take proper action on this agency, my old TV to be returned in same condition compensation for * months mental torture.
