- TV purchased in Jul 2022 not working since Sept but no resolution till now Closed

I purchased a oneplus ** Inch TV in July ****. on *nd September, the display started flicking and stopped. on *rd Sept, I registered a case with Oneplus helpdesk. They sent a person the next day who came and diagnosed the problem as a faulty panel. He said he will order the panel which should come within * week.
After following up with helpdesk * weeks later, I was told that the panel has been shipped from Delhi and will reach my town in a few days. I should wait for *-* days and my problem will get resolved.
After waiting for * days, I call again, and they say that they are raising a request to replace my tv.
I call again towards the end of Sept, I am told that the replacement has been approved and I should receive it in *-* days.
I call after * days and I'm told that the helpdesk will escalate the issue and will ensure that my tv is delivered in *-* days.
** days later, there's no TV. Then I follow up with helpdesk. This time they say that my replacement HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED. Instead, my panel will get replaced. The panel has reached your city. Someone will call you in a day or two and replace it on your tv. This was **th Oct.
No one turned up in the next week.
Today, ** Oct, I call again, and this time I'm told that my TV Replacement HAS BEEN APPROVED since **th Sept. Still, I don't have a replacement not has my existing unit been fixed.
