Uber Cabs - Trip amount collected twice paytm and next trip outstanding as cash

Vignaesh filed complaint against Uber Cabs on Jan 1, 2020

May **** trip amount to *** shows as paid in uber recipt via paytm.
Recent trip taken on **st dec **** showed amount as ** odd while booking, with no outstanding or pending payment and was done via uber app but after trip completion recipt ahowed outstanding *** included to this trip amount, which driver demanded totally *** from me. Had to pay the same then raised with uber support but no solution provided but just info that its outstanding from previous trip. As per their receipt for last trip its showong settled.
