I were paying to minister of transport and highway for new driving license through GRIPS payment site by my paytm wallet amount of Rs.*** today **/**/**** **:**:**. My wallet got deducted the amount but merchant site showed transaction failed. Please help me to get my refund. My paytm wallet transaction order id. ***********.
