Chandra Shekhar filed complaint against Freecharge on Jul 15, 2019
I made an electricity bill deposit via free charge but the transaction failed. The money was deducted from the bank account and is not refunded yet. I also called customer care executive for a solution but they were busy saying wait for *-* days. If not done ask your bank to do the rest, this was answered. I have immediately uninstalled the app and also urge everyone to do the same. Such a bad experience.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
