Money Deducted but none of the parties accepting that money is at thier end . waiting from * days for money to be refunded to freecharge account.
both zomato and feecharge playing blame game.. i will need refund + compensation from both the parties.
In no resolution case i have to file a court case.

The transaction was Successful and money reached the merchant. money was added to free charged
i already raised to free charge they said money reached zomato already.
Zomato Replies
As per Zomato App during order after payment it was payment Failed but money was deducted and added to frecharge.. but zomato gave error payment failed.

This is totally harassment that both Freecharge and Zomato saying we are not culprits. so where is my money? attached all the Proofs.
escalating the matter to higher authorities for action before going consumer forum.
i also will need compensation for harassment caused. Both parties be ready for court case for not refunding my money.
