On **th Nov'****,I tried multiple times to recharge on the contact no.********** with the help of Axis bank debit card through Freecharge.The recharge value was Rs*** and same was done on **:**:** hours.Since the recharge wasn't successful,I received a mail stating the amount will get reflected in the *-** business working days.Unfortunately,it's been a month and Rs*** is still not credited to my account.Hope through this mail,my request for the refund will be taken into consideration ASAP.
