I've booked two train tickets for **th April **** on makemytrip(mmt). Upon the extension on COVID-** Lockdown the train got cancelled. But the mmt app shows the trip as completed and so I cannot request for a refund on the same.
I've Contacted their care * times regarding the issue and what I get is no respone. When I try to raise a complaint through their web portal, it shows *** page not found.
