Kindly note that my booking was cancelled and a refund is due for the same. After the last conversation over the call with Support team, it is already evident that the hotel has already given an approval for cancellation and refund of my booking. After last call this morning, the customer support executive mentioned that it will take at least * working days to get my refund processed. Being a valuable MMTBlack Gold Member, this is not what I was expecting. I want my refund immediately or else I will be forced to take further actions against MakeMyTrip for holding my refund money.
