Hi,
I, Aakash, one of your customers canceled my round trip flight(PNR: ZBDM*D, RB*LUT) for this covid situation. I directly contacted to GoFirst Airlines and their authorized person refunded all money for both flights(because one plane was canceled and another plane was delayed by * hours).
I contacted MakeMyTrip customer care several times but no reply from them. I wanted to know how I got that money from MakeMyTrip to my account. On your website and apps, the status was not updated, it still shows the airline verifies your refund. Please see the below attachment.
Please cross-check my documents and If any improvement is found in my refund cases, please update me via call or mail ASAP.
