Hi I'm booking ticket vij to tirupathi on June ** ticket was not booked payment deducted from my account. I'm booking through APSRTC app only I got message like ticket not booked you money refund * to ** working days one month over no response. I'm trying to reach out APSRTC central complaint cell last same answer this week you will get but no response and I sent mail no response.
Please resolve asap
