APSRTC - Bus pass counter officer collecting extra money

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring to your notice an issue I recently faced at the APSRTC Bus Pass Counter in Adoni depot. I had visited the counter to apply for a new student bus pass from Adoni to Yemmiganur. As per the information displayed and commonly known rates, the cost of the bus pass is ₹***, and the ID card charges are ₹**, totaling ₹***.
However, I was charged ₹***, and when I enquired about the additional ₹**, I was informed that ₹** is being collected as a service charge. I believe there is no official notice or proper receipt justifying this extra amount, which raises concerns about the transparency and legitimacy of such charges.
I request you to kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that students are not charged unfairly. It would be helpful if proper receipts and fee breakups are provided to avoid confusion in the future.
