I booked my ticket from helsinki to paris on **th February with booking id:NN*ADVIHINJ*VVS*****. MMT suppose to issue me the ticket in ** hours, and it’s been more than ** hours and I haven’t received any positive information from their end. I have contacted their customer support more that * times. I which i connected with yasmeen, rahul, shivay, shivam. But they keep on asking me more time and further asking to connect with superior I connected with Musrat siraj, and she is so rude and couldn’t help me out with the solution and asking for another ** hours. In the meantime i am not able to process my further booking and the prices of hotel and flight go extremely expensive. So i am facing the complete humiliation from MMT.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
