I have booked my ticket in **th feb ** from travolook website for kolkata to Bagdogra ,but in process of booking same a call from travolook customer care rang on my mobile saying that your ticket has been cancelled and you will get refund after ** working days.Which is totally illegal as refund should be done instantly. Now it's been more than month they haven't refunded my amount and nor responding to emails and calls .I request all people to avoid booking online tickets rather prefer local travel agents.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
