Tavolook - Flight ticket refund not initiated

Here on **th of April I booked a ticket from Travelook wanting **** from Bangalore to Patna anyhow in a few minutes only the ticket was canceled and I got a mail that your ticket was canceled due to some operations issue now from that time on words I am asking them to send the refund back to me first of all I was told to wait for * to ** working days and now they are telling that your amount will be initiated but it will take some more time.
Anyhow I was stuck in this issue, now I am very well known about this company and we have numerous number of issues I would just request you to kindly take some action against them.
