Tavolook - Flight cancellation amount not refunded

I booked a flight ticket from Vadodara to Hyderabad on ** Sep ** through travolook website, the ticket amount was deducted and within few minutes a message came as your ticket is cancelled because PNR was not generated. There was no other message from travolook, i have called their customer care to state the problem, they assured that amont will be refunded within ** hrs, however amount was not refunded. Again i called them after * days this time they said wait for *-* working days, even after that also not received. I had to call the Tavolook team again after * days this time they said there is a technical issue with bank transfers and wait for * - ** working days. Even after ** working days the amount is not refunded, i called tem again this time same answer that technical issue with bank and wait for another ** days. This is really frustrating and worst experience with the travel agency.
