two diffrent trip were booked *) was multi city trip for * total trips and another trip return journey. all bookings were cancelled due to Corona Pandemic. i have paid total ***** out of which **** is refunded and remaining amount is still not refunded. when i thru website there is no resolution of my problem and tool free number is only IVR and asking to contact online only. i am attaching the details of both trip. i request to file a complaint against CLEARTRIP and help me to get the refund immediately.
