CLEARTRIP COM - Refund not initiated yet 04 months now

I was supposed to travel to Mumbai from Sharjah on ** April by Air India Express (Ticket booked on Cleartrip)
However due to the travel ban i was advised by Air India that i can go ahead and cancel my ticket and the refund would be initiated. I did what i was advised and now it is August & i have not recieved any refund.
Air India Express has already refunded the amount to Cleartrip. However Cleartrip.Com is not releasing the funds into my account. They keep denying to the fact that they've recieved any refund.

I am attaching the invoice from AIr India express which clearly states that they have refunded my amount to cleartrip, which is now being held back by them! I have sent more than ** emails and tried calling Cleartrip many times. No response or help on emails, no response or resolution on twitter.
Cleartrip is the worst website ever to book any travel bookings from!
