CLEARTRIP COM - Refunds from cancelled tickets of Indigo airlines is not credited by travel agentCLEARTRIP

I booked a ticket through Cleartrip on Indigo airlines for * passengers on ** February ****.
The trip is from Hyderabad to Bagdogra round trip.The dates are *April **** & **April**** return.
Because Of covid** pandaemic the Indigo airlines had cancelled the *April**** trip and refunded the amount Rs*****/on **March****.to Cleartrip.
The return trip on**April was made as credit shell by airlines.Subsequently as the covid** pandaemic has not under control,the return trip amount of Rs*****/also returned by airlines to clear trip on **August****.
Till this date I have put **to** mails to Cleartrip requesting for refund the amount of Rs*****/refunded by airlines and credit to my account..To talk personally I tried the customer care number of Cleartrip but they have closed the number.For the mails I had put they are replying through automated messages saying they are on the process with limited man power and delaying to refund since March.
Mean while they credited .Rs*****/on**August****.
I prey for your support in getting the amount refunded to me with reasonable compensation from Cleartrip.
