- Ticket Cancellation Issue Open
I had booked my to-fro Indigo flight tickets on the *nd of June via Goibibo, for dates **th June Delhi-Hyd and **th June Hyd-Delhi. Since my tickets got rescheduled by the airlines later, i could not travel. I had directly cancelled my tickets with the Indigo airlines. But now when i am trying to contact Goibibo for the refund of my cancelled tickets, the website shows it as 'travelled'. I am not able to cancel my tickets online. I tried calling the customer care, but the call didn't go through to the executive. They are asking me to report the issue via app, which is not helping me in any manner. I don't know what to do now.
