I had booked a ticket from goibibo on July **th and it was canceled due to technical glitch. The refund was to be initiated before *nd August but failed. There is no option to connect with the customer care executive as i have been waiting for my refund since so long. This feels so annoyingly and worst service.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
