Hi Team,
We had booked hotel Ojas for stay on Saturday **th May. Today around ** am a person from Ojas had called and asked us to cancel the booking from our end as they were facing some power outage issues due to heavy rain.
We contacted the customer service for resolution and they provided an alternative accommodation Veda Comforts, Chittradurga, Karnataka. We checked into the room at around *:** pm. The alloted room was very filthy. The toilets were very unhygienic. The towels we're stained. The quilt was torn really bad. Unmoped floors and dirty windows and so many more.
Customer care is saying if the cancellation time is crossed, they won't be able to provide refund, Also, calling customer care says issues are open and call getting disconnected. If the property or hotel is not maintained properly how anyone will stay with kids and family.
We have to cancel the entire trip and returned home because of the issue.
Please support for the refund and ask Goibibo to remove from listing it to the customer.
