Regarding booking id NU***************(Journey date **-Oct-****), I have cancelled my ticket on **-Oct-**** with the help of Customer care executive since I was not able to cancel it online. As per the discussion with Customer care executive Rs.**** will be refunded after deduction, but it has been almost ** days they have not processed it.
Simply they are saying our backend team is doing investigation.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
